For those customers seeking to take advantage of the lower costs of manufacturing in China while maintaining realistic lead times, we are able to offer ‘next day delivery’.

Cashflow

Customers are trading with a UK company thus no ‘up front’ payments, letters of credit or on the spot VAT payments.

Day to Day Liaison

Our customers will liaise as necessary with our personnel in the UK thus eliminating difficulties that can arise from time to time with overseas communications.

Experienced Engineers

We have a quality team of highly experienced foundry men, machinists and pattern makers who can provide our customers with any advice or guidance they require.

Commercial

Isaac Butterworth aims to provide its customers with the products they require at the highest quality, whilst simultaneously impacting as little as possible on cashflow. To achieve this, we endeavour to work with our customers to tailor a solution that works for them. Examples of the types of arrangements we currently have include the following:

UK Warehousing at Isaac Butterworth

We are able to hold customers stock at our storage facilities since we understand that storage space might be limited. A next day delivery can then be provided to ensure production continues seamlessly.

Consignment Stock

The products a customer requires will be manufactured and delivered to the customers’ storage space, however goods are only paid for when they are actually used.

Staged Payment Terms

We aim to be as flexible as possible and welcome discussion in order to achieve our customers’ requirements.

In summary, all our customers are different and require different arrangements in order to suit their cash flow, storage space and production demands. Our role is to accommodate our customers’ needs therefore we aim to be as flexible as possible in order to meet their requirements.
